At Heaven Creamery, we decided to make this dish into a dessert!
Celebrating Mexico’s #independenceday we are making poblano peppers ice cream cone; sweet, smokey and slightly spicy waffle cones to be enjoyed with our “nogada” gelato (cooked walnuts, goat cheese gelato base) with a delicious peaches pairs and Apple compote toasted walnut and pine nuts piñones.
